# Verification report

The all-dimensional written proof covers the finite squared-tilt bound, local-prior localization on unequal bins, the equal-bin sharp Laplace threshold and exact critical TV profile, the integral posterior/coverage consequence and the one-bin exact-mean characterization. No known mathematical gap remains in that stated scope. The originating-researcher self-audit is included; no outside reviewer or formal proof assistant was used.

Ordinary Python, optimized Python and a second Python runtime produced identical reports: 52 envelope identity tests, 3640 exponential-mixture tilt tests, 300 Laplace parameter tests, 9 unequal-bin scaling tests and 3 deliberately invalid controls rejected. The proof is analytic. These finite checks do not certify novelty, universal asymptotics or all prior distributions; the high-precision affinity samples are only numerical regressions.

The desktop LaTeX compiler and Tectonic PDF export both succeeded. All six complete PDF page images were visually inspected after the bibliography correction. Equations, references, page transitions and the author footnote are legible without clipping or overlap. The title shows only the author name; affiliation and contacts appear in a footnote, with AI assistance in running prose. No unresolved references, missing characters or box overflow was found.

The source package includes standalone LaTeX, original proof/audit and source-comparison notes, and a portable standard-library checker. The build receipt records exact replay from the extracted archive. Third-party PDF bytes are not redistributed. Readiness and release remain separate: this report alone does not assert a DOI, a website upload or an HF notice.
