Re-run of the reproducibility package of OWR-14299911-020, 2026-10-17.

Method: the folder reproducibility/ was copied to a scratch folder; every program was started from inside its
folder of the copy with `nice -n 10 <python> <flags> -u <program> > rerun_<label>.txt`, at most three processes
at a time; the new output was compared with the recorded output by `diff`.
Python 3.13.5 (NumPy 2.5.2 for vA_sharpness_lemmas.py), macOS, Apple silicon.
Flags: -I for check_note.py, original/*.py and verification_run_A/*.py; none for verification_run_B/run_*.py
(they import mg.py from their folder).

program | exit | time | differences from the recorded output
--------------------------------------------|------|--------|---------------------------------------------------------------
check_note.py | 0 | 3.4 s | 2 lines: one "(part done in ... s)" line and the "(running time ... s)" line; TOTAL 354889 checks, 0 failures, as recorded
original/check_tp_bruteforce.py | 0 | 0.8 s | none
original/check_sharpness_family.py | 0 | 0.7 s | none
verification_run_A/vA_bruteforce.py | 0 | 5.5 s | the recorded file has a last line "exit code 0" written by the shell
verification_run_A/vA_sharpness_lemmas.py | 0 | 2.4 s | the recorded file has a last line "exit code 0" written by the shell
verification_run_B/run_A.py | 0 | 14.6 s | first line (date and time of the run) and "# done in ... s"
verification_run_B/run_B.py | 0 | 55.7 s | first line (date and time), "# (3,2) took ... s" and "# done in ... s"
verification_run_B/run_C.py | 0 | 7.4 s | first line (date and time) and "# done in ... s"

All substantive output (every number, every OK/PASS line, every control) is identical to the recorded output.

Earlier the same day, the two programs in original/ were run from the first account's folder; their outputs,
recorded there, are identical to the recorded outputs in original/ except for a last line written by the
shell's `time` command, which the outputs in this package do not have. The change to
original/check_sharpness_family.py (F drawn as a set; see README.md, Section 2) leaves its printed output
unchanged.
