# Verification of the Gaussian landmark manuscript

The accepted scope is the complete finite-sample obstruction and uniform aspect-ratio law, including a counterexample to the displayed global-constant bound. The source's broader modified-guarantee request is not wholly solved.

The detailed proof and scope audit are included in the reproducibility directory. Exact standard-library checks cover 50 full-rank rational matrices and their projection, Schur-complement and Sherman–Morrison identities, 20 signed-permutation averages, 48 fourth-moment identities, 144 exact circle-kernel pairs, and 50 rejected deliberately corrupted projectors. An optimized replay reproduces the same semantic checksum. The 512 Gaussian simulations are diagnostics, not a proof.

The saved TeX source compiled successfully with the desktop editor and Tectonic. All five rendered pages were inspected for mathematical layout, clipping, references, title and author formatting. The first-page author line contains only the author's name; affiliation and contact details are in its footnote. AI assistance is disclosed in the introductory text, not a separate heading.

Acceptance is based on a detailed self-audit, not independent review or formal verification. A targeted source comparison does not certify novelty. Publication is paused; no DOI, external record, forum post or site release has been created for this manuscript.
