The accepted theorem is that both symmetric and skew-symmetric Witt
Cartan homomorphisms for kG are isomorphisms whenever G is finite and
k has odd positive characteristic, without a splitting-field assumption.
Balmer's four formulas then give all ordinary stable Witt groups zero.

The full proof is in main.tex. It uses an explicit projective symmetric
form with trivial norm-one middle layer for a normal cyclic Sylow
subgroup, Dress's classical 2-local induction, and a tensor pairing that
respects both module and split-projective metabolic relations. The
integral base-change step does not assume flatness. Odd denominator
clearing includes possible localization-kernel torsion. Only scalar odd
integers are inverted, not arbitrary odd-dimensional equivariant forms.

The exact checker tests eight prime-power orders: 3, 9, 27, 5, 25, 7, 49,
and 11. It checks 108 automorphisms, 3,276 action/filtration comparisons
and 25,896 perpendicular pairings. A nonsplit C4-module over F3 checks
both symmetric and skew-symmetric tensor reductions. There are also 102
odd-scalar controls. Normal and optimized Python execution agree.
These finite tests support the written proof; they do not replace it.

The primary Dress definitions and induction statements were inspected,
with the precise localization statement also checked in the HTW 2009
publisher PDF. Known induction and stable-category formulas are credited.
The bounded literature comparison found no matching general conclusion,
but does not establish novelty or certify absolute priority.

All four final PDF pages were directly visually inspected. The title
block contains only the author's name, with Mercury Software GmbH and
contact details in a footnote. AI assistance is disclosed in an ordinary
paragraph. There are no unresolved references or TeX box warnings in
the final build. No third-party PDFs are redistributed.

This is an originating-researcher self-audited, unrefereed preprint.
No independent expert review or proof-assistant certification is claimed.
