# Verification and scope

The manuscript gives a characteristic-zero proof for every pair of positive integers t,a in the explicitly defined equidegree family. Its source problem remains partial in general.

The written self-audit checks the resolution locus, universal family, generic smoothness, local complete-intersection markings, kernel recurrences, triangular surjectivity, incidence dominance and boundary dimension bound. The section-evaluation corollary is distinguished from nonspecial normal-bundle interpolation.

The deterministic checker passes 309,988 structural assertions in both normal and optimized Python modes. Eight geometric samples over F_101 have full row ranks 4,12,24,48,96,108,216,198. The complete receipts contain the data needed for replay. Bounded tests are not the proof, and no formal verification is claimed.

All seven pages were rendered and visually inspected. The built-in compiler and Tectonic both compiled the saved source successfully. The final Tectonic log has no errors, missing references, missing glyphs or overfull/underfull boxes. Portable archive build and replay results are recorded separately in package-readiness.json.

Known cases are credited to Ellingsrud, Perrin, Ellia as recorded by Kleppe–Miró-Roig, and related interpolation literature. The uniform extension was not located in a bounded primary-source search. No exhaustive novelty certification or independent human review occurred.
