# Verification report

The external rank-one obstruction has a complete written proof and originating-researcher self-audit. The proof explicitly verifies character vanishing, the flag bound, and equivariant Galois base change. All finite spectra are covered under the A-module equivalence hypothesis; cell parity is not assumed. The general internal-filtration question is not resolved.

The exact regression script passes 16,594 J^2 matrices, 1,440 seeded first-superdiagonal product tests, and six abstract rank-two examples. Normal and optimized Python results agree. The source package is replayed after extraction to check portability. These are implementation checks, not a proof assistant and not an independent mathematical review.

The built-in compiler succeeds. The five exported PDF pages have been rendered and visually inspected. The final log has no errors, box overflow/underflow, undefined citations or references, or missing-glyph warnings. The public manifest binds the accepted sources, checks, PDF and ZIP.

The exact live AIM endpoint was unavailable due to a TLS certificate failure, retained without bypass. The inherited problem text is unchanged. Four directly read primary works verify the imported mathematical inputs. The bibliographic search is bounded; no absolute novelty claim is made.
